In early 2021, I was going through a severe postpartum depression after having my daughter. I was dealing with so many changes at the time which quickly became physically and mentally draining but luckily for me I had the support of my husband to start my fitness journey. The postpartum depression that I went through inspired me to embark on a mission to empower women to prioritize their health, boost their confidence, and unleash their full potential through personalized fitness programs. I celebrate the diversity of women’s bodies and fitness goals. Hello! My name is Haylee Fernandez and I am the owner of Thundaa Thighz training.
I have been a personal trainer for 2 years and I have been competing in bodybuilding for a little over 3 years.
Health and fitness is my biggest passion in life and I love helping others look and feel more confident, in and out of the gym.
