      I am an ACE Certified personal trainer for 14+ years, Bachelors degree in athletic training & studying physical therapy.  I have participated in numerous educational & athletic pursuits ranging from gymnastics to triathlons.  Health & fitness has changed my life & it's because of that I desire to help others change their lives too!
