I am an ACE Certified personal trainer for 14+ years, Bachelors degree in athletic training & studying physical therapy.  I have participated in numerous educational & athletic pursuits ranging from gymnastics to triathlons.  Health & fitness has changed my life & it’s because of that I desire to help others change their lives too!

Training with Myoletics means to train intentionally & with focus.  My training philosophy stems from my education in the medical field where I use the phrase ‘Prevention over cure’ as one of our pillars.  This means form & functionality play a big part in what we do.

I’ve done CrossFit for 7yrs at a competitor level out of the 11yrs and this is where I’ve gained the name The Swollenary Chef. In the 11yrs of a gym background and experience I’ve trained clients for 4yrs. Fitness is my passion I live, walk and breath it every single day it is my lifestyle. I know what it takes to get my body to the next level. Therefore it is my goal to get all of my clients to reach their desired goals, create a better version of themselves and reach there full potential. I’ve Competed in my first year of Bodybuilding in 2023 with NPC MUSCLE CONTEST and won twice in Top 3. I continue to pursue my career in Bodybuilding and journey to becoming IFBB Pro Bodybuilder. Along with Fitness eating is a huge factor. It helps revive our bodies back to recovery and I understand the culinary background with my Chef expertise. So Food and Fitness go hand in hand.
