My name is Joe Rodriguez and I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2012. My goal is helping people reach their fitness goals in a realistic way that makes sense for their lifestyle. I help those trying to lose weight, build muscle, or build their best physique. My job is to teach, motivate, improve your mind state, lifestyle, and health. With one on one training I am able to give you my full attention, give nutritional guidance, posing tips, and monthly check ins.

I’ve done CrossFit for 7yrs at a competitor level out of the 11yrs and this is where I’ve gained the name The Swollenary Chef. In the 11yrs of a gym background and experience I’ve trained clients for 4yrs. Fitness is my passion I live, walk and breath it every single day it is my lifestyle. I know what it takes to get my body to the next level. Therefore it is my goal to get all of my clients to reach their desired goals, create a better version of themselves and reach there full potential. I’ve Competed in my first year of Bodybuilding in 2023 with NPC MUSCLE CONTEST and won twice in Top 3. I continue to pursue my career in Bodybuilding and journey to becoming IFBB Pro Bodybuilder.
