I am Brady Collins, the owner and Master Trainer for Masters For Fitness and my training style focuses heavily on Functional Fitness, Community, and overall health and wellness. I believe that most people are capable of so much more than they believe, and I strive to show my clients that they can look as good as they feel, and feel as good as they look. In addition to my Fitness experience, I can offer coaching in as many as 20+ different sports or activities, as well as nutrition, lifestyle and Recovery. All of this blends together into programming that uses more muscles, and burns more calories (meaning more results).
