As a woman myself, I understand the unique challenges and pressure we face when it comes to health and wellness. My passion lies in creating a safe and supportive space where woman can break barriers, shatter stereotypes, and embrace their strength, both physically and mentally. In early 2021, I was going through a severe postpartum depression after having my daughter. I was dealing with so many changes at the time which quickly became physically and mentally draining but luckily for me I had the support of my husband to start my fitness journey. The postpartum depression that I went through inspired me to embark on a mission to empower women to prioritize their health, boost their confidence, and unleash their full potential through personalized fitness programs. I celebrate the diversity of women’s bodies and fitness goals.
