I am a Navy Veteran who has always been big on physical fitness and while on active duty I was the Assistant Command Fitness Leader(ACFL). One of my many duties was to make sure the whole command received proper training to keep up with the physical fitness guidelines for the Navy. I am very flexible when it comes to customizing training programs specifically for your needs. I very much enjoy seeing my clients push themselves through barriers that they didn’t know they could break! As well as seeing their faces once they start seeing progress!
