My name is Joe Rodriguez and I’ve been in the fitness industry since 2012. My goal is helping people reach their fitness goals in a realistic way that makes sense for their lifestyle. I help those trying to lose weight, build muscle, or build their best physique. My job is to teach, motivate, improve your mind state, lifestyle, and health.
